The junior section of our club brings hockey to children aged 5 - 13, once players turn 13 they are supported and encouraged to join our senior teams.
We provide fantastic coaching to junior players of all abilities throughout the year. During the main season (September - March, finishing before the school Easter holidays) coaching sessions are held on Saturdays 09:00 - 10:00, from 6th Sept (excluding 25th Oct / 20th & 27th Dec / 3rd & 10th Jan / 14th Feb).
We also run some U10 & U12 summer sessions May - July (10 weeks finishing before the school summer holidays).
So, whether you’re playing hockey regularly at school or you’re picking up a stick for the first time, there’s no better place for young players to develop their game and have a great time doing it.
Monthly 7 a-side tournaments are available for our U10s and U12s to play in, hosted by Dorset hockey clubs. Dates for the current season (2025 - 26) are:
